  • Where do your product ship from?

    Whenever possible, we ship all US orders from the US. However, occasionally we do run out of stock on popular items. When that happens, we ship those products directly from our overseas warehouse for faster delivery.

    International orders are shipped from various locations according to stock availability and proximity to our warehouses.

  • How to check the status of my order?

    You can check the status of your order by clicking on
    • Order Status page,
    • View Your Order link included in your email receipt, or
    • Track Package link included in your shipping confirmation email.
  • I placed an order but never received any confirmation.

    Most likely, the order confirmation is in your spam folder. Please check it and make sure to add our email customersupport@reallyawesomestuff.co to your address book to receive future communications. We send out a receipt when an order is placed and then another email when the order is shipped.

    Occasionally, you do not receive a confirmation because the address was entered incorrectly when you placed the order. Please email customersupport@reallyawesomestuff.co with your correct email address and we will update the record for you.

  • When is my order shipping?

    Most products are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped within a week of placing the order.  Please note processing times increase around holidays. And always remember you're backed by our 100% Delivery Guarantee.

    You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your items have been shipped. If you do not receive one more than a week after placing your order, please look into your email spam folder for it.

  • What is Expedited Processing?

    We process those orders first, before anyone else's. Basically, you skip the line. This is especially useful to customers who want it fast during the holiday shopping seasons when we have many orders to process each day.

  • How long does it take for my purchase to arrive?

    US orders are shipped via one of the main postal carriers, including USPS, UPS or Fedex. Shipping times take between 5 and 10 business days. Keep in mind that custom / personalized products might take up to 2-4 additional business days to be manufactured, so please add that time frame when estimating your delivery date. Please note delivery times increase around holidays. And always remember you're backed by our 100% Delivery Guarantee.

    International orders will be shipped from various locations based on stock availability and your country's proximity to our warehouses. Shipping time is between 3-6 weeks, in which custom clearing in your country usually takes the longest.

  • When I checked my order's tracking, it said the status was "Pre-shipment" and stayed like that for days. What's going on?

    When an order is fulfilled and shipped, a tracking number with "Pre-shipment" status is generated. The status will only be updated when it's scanned into the USPS system. Around holidays, there could be a significant delay in processing the packages. Occasionally, the status does not get updated until the package is delivered.

    For international orders, tracking is available only if such system is supported by your country's postal service. When the item has arrived at your country and entered into your country's postal system, the tracking updates will then show up.
  • I ordered multiple items, but only received one or partial delivery.

    To expedite shipping and help you get your products as fast as possible, we sometimes ship an item as soon as it is ready without waiting for the entire order to complete. Chances are you will receive the other items within the next few days.

  • I never received my purchase. What should I do?

    We monitor all packages in transit and usually catch prolonged delivery time when it happens. If a package is suspected to be lost, we will notify you and re-send another one. However, around holidays, we allow for some delay in postal processing.

  • What is your return policy?
