Simple New / Unused Return & Exchange Policy
You can return your new / unused items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Pretty simple, right?
Our easy-to-use online return system means you won't have to spend hours dealing with customer service or waiting on the phone to request a return.
What items are returnable?
Ok, here're some mind-blowing gruesome details...
- They must be in new, original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
You can exchange your items for the same ones if they are defective or damaged due to our error.
The following items are not returnable:
- Free items
- Free gifts
- Promotional items
- Custom printed items
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Intimate garments
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

How do I return or exchange?

A receipt or proof of purchase is required in all refund or exchange requests
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
- If you are shipping an item over $55, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days
- If the item was a gift purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the item's value at the time of your return
- If the item was shipped to the customer and then given to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver in the original payment method and he/she will find out about your return
